The short version: your screenshots are yours, Sorts does what you ask on your iPhone, and the services you connect have their own terms.
Using Sorts
Sorts is made by Sidestreet Software. By using it you agree to these terms. You may use Sorts for your own personal purposes.
Your content
Your screenshots, text and tags are yours. Sorts processes them on your iPhone to do what you ask and claims no rights in them.
Services you connect
Mem AI, webhooks, Reminders, Calendar, Photos, Mail and Apple Maps are provided by others or run by you. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for where you choose to send your screenshots.
Things Sorts does for you
Sorts can create reminders, events and notes, and move screenshots to Recently Deleted when you ask it to clear binned or sorted ones. Suggestions from on-device understanding can be wrong; check anything that matters before relying on it.
Purchases
Any in-app purchase is sold through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms, including its refund rules.
No warranty
Sorts is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sidestreet Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of Sorts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes
These terms may change. The new version will be here and in the app, with a new date at the top. Continuing to use Sorts after a change means you accept it.
